Meebo as a service allows you to sync a range of over 60+ instant messaging service (from AIM to Facebook chat to Justin TV to Yahoo). It is missing Skype but I expect that service to be added in the near future. Sign up for an account and sync all your accounts together. I am a big fan of Meebo and have been using the service for over five years now.
